We have developed several solutions for customers recently using an Open Source product called SplendidCRM.  We have found it is a great way to get up and running quickly with an out of the box solution that can be very easily customised to fit your business and processes. 

However we are not tied to any particular product, and in some cases we have also developed completely custom solutions for our clients.
