Kirill Breaks Cover – Flagship Silverlight Application

After weeks of secrecy and a pre-launch viral marketing teaser campaign, we can finally reveal Governor Technology's involvement in the development of the exciting new web-video serial  Kirill.

Kirill is a brand new online drama serial from Endemol TV published exclusively by MSN UK, built with cutting edge technology, and currently being promoted on the front page of the MSN UK portal - one of the most popular web sites in the world.

We are now delighted to be able to tell you that when it came to building the website, it was Governor Technology that Microsoft turned to for the skills needed to make it happen. The Kirill website including the video player and all the other interactive features, were built by Governor Technology entirely in Microsoft Silverlight 2 - the latest technology for rich interactive media content on the web.

Working closely with Microsoft's design team we turned their visual concepts for a user experience with a 'Wow' factor, into one of the best video websites ever seen. So good in fact that many people who saw the teaser trailer thought it was a new game - especially as the site is being sponsored by Microsoft XBox UK.
