Bespoke Development for CSS Partners
CSS Partners, an investment management and corporate finance company, has chosen Governor Technology to develop a bespoke software system for managing information about their clients and investment portfolios.
The system will be central to the day to day operations of CSS, enabling them to manage sales, opportunities and clients communications in a single web based application.
This is a significant infrastructure investment for CSS, replacing spreadsheet based record-keeping with a strategic information asset.
The system will be developed throughout 2008 using agile software development techniques to prioritise the delivery of the highest value functionality, which helps to ensure that the project stays on track to meet its return on investment goals.
