On Monday the 28th November, collaboration between deadmau5 (a globally popular electronic music act) and Nokia turned Millbank Tower, Westminster, London, into a spectacular display to launch the new Nokia Lumia phone that uses the new Windows Phone 7 operating system. Visual perceptions and the boundaries of the limits of mobile phone launches were challenged as thousands of people attended the live show and stood awestruck and cheering in the cold winter evening.

The new Facebook Timeline is the new profile interface that is going to be launched to everyone with a personal account on Facebook soon. At the moment it is only available as the 'Developer's Version', to those who have used Facebook's development application Open Graph. A date is yet to be confirmed for the launch and currently the 'Developers Version' can only be used on personal profiles, leaving us in anticipation of the features that will be enabled for company pages.

Last week the Finnish mobile giant announced that their Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 710, powered by Microsoft Windows Phone, will be out in stores on November the 16th in the UK. The Nokia Lumia 800 has long been spoken of as the Nokia SeaRay, which will look similar to the old Nokia N9 but boast a 512MB of memory.
