Terms and Conditions

1. You must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to enter the competition.
2. Employees of Governor Technology are not eligible to enter the competition. 
3. The closing date for the competition is 11th April 2008. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition.
4. The winning entry will be the player with the highest score at the closing date.
5. The winner will be formally notified within 28 days of the closing date.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is a Microsoft Xbox 360. Full details will be given to the winner upon notification.
8. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.
9. Governor Technology will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in this competition.
10. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
11. We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
