Sopexa UK is a marketing and PR agency representing the French food and drink industry in the UK.

 

French Wines E-Newsletter

The French Wines Bulletin is a monthly email newsletter sent out to a selection of key industry contacts and market influencers, keeping them up to date with news from the French wine industry.

The content of the newsletter needs to be very current and as a result the newsletter often  has to be put together quickly, and with last minute changes. Sopexa was unhappy with  the lack of responsiveness from their existing email platform supplier and approached us in late 2007.

We designed for them a new HTML template which, along with a structured process for submitting content using MS Word, enabled us to guarantee much quicker newsletter  turnaround times, whilst enabling last minute content changes to be introduced. Our email platform enables Sopexa to instantly record and measure the activity of people receiving the newsletters, information which can be used to test interest levels in different news items and amongst different recipient segments.

We also built an archive site for back issues which can act as a promotional and marketing tool to gain greater online exposure and newsletter circulation.

Following the success of the French Wines Bulletin, we were commissioned to design and deliver several more newsletter series for both food and wine producers that Sopexa UK represents.


Alsace Wines Website

In 2009 we designed and developed a new UK website for Sopexa to promote Alsace Wines in the UK.

The site was originally designed around the concept of promoting the wines as complementry to Asian cuisine - with recipes and a food and wine matching chart, as well as general information about wines and the region.


London International Wine Fair Seminars

Sopexa wanted to encourage attendance at the seminars they were hosting during this  important annual wine promotion event in the UK.

We sent out invitation emails to their contact database, and followed these up with both reminder emails and SMS messages to registered attendees 20 minutes prior to the start as a little nudge to get them to attend. We then followed-up with a post-seminar questionnaire to get feedback on the value of the seminar, which helps to inform future events.
