PetroSaudi

We were engaged to design, build and support a web-based document management system that could match these needs.

Key to the new system we built for PetroSaudi is the easy and efficient capture and controlling of documents by users. With full access control for sensitive legal and financial documents, we integrated an advanced search functionality that allows users to search current and archived documents and be presented with fast and accurate results. To optimise workflow, each user's homepage is modular and configurable so that users can create shortcuts to frequently accessed documents, groups and stored searches.

PetroSaudi's document management system has also been designed to offer the potential for future expansion and integration with other systems (for example Sharepoint intranet, extranet and accounting systems).
