Many Technology companies tie Project management exclusively in with delivery of solutions and applications. At Governor Technology, we believe that Project Consultancy is important enough to be offered as a service in its own right.

In the area of Project Management, Governor Technology can manage IT and business technology projects from inception, through development, implementation and support onto their subsequent completion. We do this from an independent standpoint and are happy to work with any in-house or external groups the customer wishes to use.

Through our experience across business, finance and the Public Sector we can also offer assistance in the research and requirements gathering process for technology projects and the services which support them (IT infrastructure, call centres, offline marketing, hiring of qualified staff).

Finally, we offer customers the services of experienced, independent consultants for the technical and functionality testing of a wide range of technology applications. This may often not justify the hiring of a dedicated in-house resource, yet affords our customers peace of mind associated with exhaustive testing and trouble-shooting.
