Prince Charles Launches Young Commonwealth Site

One of Governor Technology’s recently delivered projects has officially been launched by HRH Prince Charles at a ceremony in Pall Mall recently.

Governor Technology provided technology build for the Young Commonwealth Website, which is live at www.youngcommonwealth.org. Using a computer and mouse at the new Commonwealth Information Centre, the Prince of Wales cut a ‘virtual ribbon’ which revealed the new website.

The site represents young people in 53 countries around the world, and as such is likely to receive many millions of hits during its lifetime.

Our role in the project was to build bespoke content management tools, an e-cards function which can be sent via email, and online polls. Watch this space for news about future enhancements to the site for which we will be involved!
