Launch of new Business System for Recruitment Consultancy

Change Recruitment is an exciting new force in the UK recruitment market: in the 2 years since launch, the company has grown rapidly and been nominated for Best Newcomer in the 2006 Recruiter Magazine awards.
Governor Technology provides ongoing network support and software development services to Change. As part of this, we designed, deployed and now maintain their network infrastructure. We also built their first CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, using Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server as a platform, which kept track of their clients, positions and candidates.
In 2006, Change gave us the task of significantly enhancing the system’s functionality, featuring sophisticated search features, document management and facilities for staff to record all their activities against a specific client, position and candidate.
Governor Technology rebuilt the existing custom Outlook forms and created this new functionality using .net technology. This offers significant benefits in terms of usability, maintenance and suitability for the web, which will help Change grow their business, team and locations over the coming months and years. The system has been launched successfully and we continue to provide support and enhancements on an ongoing basis.
